ccd_logo_webCommunity College of Denver is a two-year, state supported, degree and certificate-granting institution.  Located on the Auraria Campus in the heart of downtown Denver, CCD is co-educational and operates on a semester system offering day, evening, weekend, and online classes year round.

A wide selection of occupational, transfer and developmental studies are available. CCD is fully accredited by North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. Community College of Denver is the only two year college in the nation that shares a campus and facilities with a four-year college (Metropolitan State College of Denver ) and a university (University of Colorado at Denver).  The three schools on the Auraria Campus are on the same academic calendar.

Getting to campus (and work) is easy. A valid student ID card provides the student with a bus/lightrail pass for free local transportation access to campus. The campus is also easily accessible by the Denver bike path and parking is available for an additional charge.
