Arapahoe Community College
Arapahoe Community College is a two-year, state institution with a main campus in Littleton and satellite campuses in Parker and Castle Rock.
It operates on a semester system which includes a complete summer program. Both general studies (transfer) and over 100 occupational programs are offered with one-year certificate and two-year associate degrees being awarded. The College is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Academic support programs include advising and testing, evaluation of prior education and work experience for appropriate credit, career exploration and personal counseling and referral, free tutorial assistance, peer mentoring, peer tutoring, supplemental instruction, disability services assistance, financial aid, and programs for upgrading basic skills.
